My comprehensive Neurosomatic offering for deep, lasting change. This 12-session / 3-month program is ideal for those navigating chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, chronic symptoms, or significant life transitions who want a fully supported process. This is the most in-depth way to work together.
Private Breathwork Sessions
Individual 1:1 breathwork sessions focused on nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection with the body. The breath may look simple from the outside—inhale, exhale—but it reflects your internal state with precision. These sessions help you build awareness of your breath and use it as a tool for regulation and change.
Private Breathwork + Hypnosis Sessions
A deeper 1:1 format combining breathwork, guided hypnosis, and focused awareness to access subconscious patterns. This option is ideal if you’re looking for more depth than breathwork alone.

Dedicated subconscious-focused sessions designed to access a calm, focused state where attention turns inward and old patterns can be gently updated using the body’s natural capacity for learning and change.
