Through this work, we address the physiological drivers of stress, anxiety, and chronic symptoms, not just the thoughts around them. This approach is science-informed, evidence-based, grounded in neuroscience, and tailored to your unique system.

This is a highly personalized 1:1 process, paced with your system, built around your lived experiences, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we create a path that feels safe, supportive, and truly workable for your life.

The training follows three phases:

Regulate: establish safety and stabilize the nervous system
Recover: rebuild capacity, resilience, and functional strength
Resonate: expand into connection, creativity, and aligned living

  • Each engagement is structured to give you both immediate relief and long-term capacity building:

    • 12 x 60-minute private virtual sessions (over Zoom), available globally.

    • Personalized action plans after each meeting.

    • Weekly 15-minute pre-session check-ins, as needed.

    • Tools and exercises tailored to your needs and nervous system.

    • Ongoing text/What’s App support between sessions.

    • 2 emergency sessions, as needed.

  • Many clients experience relief right away, with deeper, lasting change unfolding over time.

GUIDED BREATHWORK PRACTICES

My guided practices are designed to support real-time nervous system regulation and restoration. Each one draws on neuroscience, somatic awareness, and a trauma-informed approach to help you reconnect with your body and retrain your brain toward calm, clarity, and resilience.

Some practices focus on gentle regulation, while others weave in visualization, affirmations, and subconscious reprogramming to support deeper internal shifts and transformation.

Each practice invites you into a safe, judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself—no fixing, performing, or pushing required.

  • These practices range from gentle nervous system regulation to deeper hypnotic breathwork sessions.

    Some focus on gentle breathwork, using intentional breath patterns and sensory awareness to help you downshift from anxiety or activation, ease tension, improve focus, and build everyday self-regulation.

    Other practices weave in hypnotic elements, combining breathwork with visualization and positive suggestion to support releasing old patterns, rewiring limiting beliefs, and aligning with your conscious goals. These deeper sessions guide your system into restorative states that allow for neural repair and integration, supporting deeper sleep, emotional recovery, and inner safety, while gently unwinding patterns such as fear of judgment, fear of uncertainty, and other protective responses that keep you stuck.
