LET’S WORK TOGETHER
1:1 SUPPORT
This isn’t another mindset approach. Real change happens through the body.
Through small, repeated experiences, the nervous system can begin to shift out of protective patterns and build greater capacity and resilience.
Using neuroscience-informed methods that integrate Neurosomatic work, Applied Neurology, Medical Hypnosis, and restorative practices such as NSDR | Yoga Nidra, we work directly with the physiological drivers of stress, anxiety, and persistent symptoms.
All sessions are highly personalized and tailored to your unique nervous system. Each approach can be experienced on its own or integrated within a deeper process such as The Recovery Method, my comprehensive Neurosomatic program.
Neurosomatic Support // The Recovery Method (Signature Program)
This 12-session, three-month program is ideal for those navigating anxiety, chronic stress, persistent symptoms, or major life transitions who want a fully supported and structured process. This is the most in-depth way to work together, allowing time for sensory system work, nervous system stabilization, and the gradual integration of new patterns that support recovery, resilience, and greater capacity.
1:1 Neurosomatic Sessions
These sessions focus on improving how the brain processes sensory information and updates stress responses. Using applied neurology and Neurosomatic methods, we work with systems such as vision, balance, proprioception, and internal sensation to help the brain receive clearer information and shift out of chronic stress patterns.
1:1 Medical Hypnosis Sessions (coming soon!)
Medical hypnosis allows us to work directly with the brain’s natural learning processes. In a focused and deeply relaxed state, we can update patterns related to anxiety, stress, pain, and protective responses. These sessions are particularly helpful for addressing specific symptoms, emotional patterns, or subconscious drivers of stress.
1:1 NSDR + Yoga Nidra Sessions (coming soon!)
NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) and Yoga Nidra guide the brain and body into deeply restorative states similar to the early stages of sleep while remaining awake. These sessions help reduce physiological stress, support recovery, improve sleep, and enhance mental clarity and emotional balance.

This work is designed for people navigating anxiety, chronic stress, persistent physical symptoms, or significant life transitions who are looking for a structured and supported process for nervous system change.
Many people I work with experience ongoing physical symptoms such as pain, migraines, sleep disruption, digestive issues, or autoimmune flare patterns. These experiences can be exhausting to live with, even when everything appears “fine” from the outside.
Others come during major life transitions such as divorce, grief, career changes, burnout, or menopause—times when underlying stress patterns and physical symptoms often rise to the surface.
Clients often arrive experiencing things like:
Chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout.
Insomnia, fatigue, or nervous system exhaustion.
Migraines, chronic head tension, or back and neck pain.
Persistent pain patterns or unexplained physical symptoms.
Digestive, bladder, autoimmune, or hormonal flare patterns.
Dizziness or nervous system instability.
Ongoing fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses.
Negative thought loops, hypervigilance, or emotional disconnection.
These experiences are often not signs of failure, but signs of a nervous system that has been under prolonged pressure and is doing its best to protect you.
-
Sessions are collaborative, paced, and tailored to your nervous system. We focus on improving the quality of sensory information your brain receives and introducing new experiences that allow the nervous system to gradually update long-standing stress patterns.
Over time, many people experience greater regulation, increased resilience, and more flexibility in how their brain and body respond to stress.
-
Depending on the package or session format you choose, our work together may include:
Private 1:1 sessions over a structured period (for example, 12 sessions over 3 months in The Recovery Method).
Neurosomatic support and applied neurology tools.
Medical Hypnosis and subconscious pattern work.
NSDR | Yoga Nidra for deep rest and nervous system restoration.
Personalized practices and integration support between sessions.
Each process is tailored to your nervous system and the patterns we are working to shift.

NSDR | YOGA NIDRA GUIDED SESSIONS
Recorded practices for deep nervous system restoration.
NSDR | Yoga Nidra helps the nervous system downshift from chronic stress into restorative states where the brain and body can recover. These states support physiological down-regulation, dopamine restoration, memory consolidation, and nervous system integration.
In this deeply relaxed but aware state, the brain can stabilize and integrate new patterns'; supporting recovery, clarity, and long-term regulation.
Drawing on neuroscience, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed guidance, each practice gently guides your attention through breath, body awareness, and sensory tracking. This allows the nervous system to downshift and access restorative states similar to the early stages of sleep.
Unlike traditional meditation, NSDR | Yoga Nidra requires no effort or concentration. You are simply guided into deep rest while the mind remains aware.
Over time, this practice helps restore nervous system balance and supports the brain’s natural capacity for recovery.

These sessions are designed for people navigating:
Anxiety and chronic stress.
Burnout and nervous system fatigue.
Persistent physical symptoms.
Difficulty resting or sleeping.
Periods of life transition or high demand.
NSDR | Yoga Nidra offers a simple, accessible way to give your nervous system the deep rest it may not be receiving elsewhere.
You can practice during the day for restoration or in the evening to support sleep.
-
With regular practice, NSDR | Yoga Nidra helps the nervous system downshift out of chronic stress and access restorative states where the brain and body can recover and integrate.
Over time, these practices support the nervous system in releasing accumulated stress and restoring its capacity for regulation.
Benefits may include:
Nervous System Regulation
Support the body in shifting out of chronic stress patterns and restoring physiological balance.Deep Restoration
Access restorative states that support neural recovery and nervous system repair.Mental Clarity
Reduce cognitive overload and improve focus and mental clarity.Emotional Balance
Create space for emotional processing and greater internal stability.Improved Sleep
Support the nervous system in transitioning more easily into restful sleep.
