I work with people navigating anxiety, chronic stress, and persistent physical symptoms; things like pain, migraines, sleep disruption, digestive issues, and autoimmune flares. These are patterns that can be exhausting to live with, even when everything appears “fine” from the outside.
Many are moving through major life transitions such as divorce, grief and loss, or menopause. Moments that often bring underlying stress patterns and physical symptoms to the surface. Others have been living with these patterns for so long that the body begins expressing them through chronic symptoms.
This is where my work begins—helping the brain and body update the patterns that drive these responses.

Your brain and body are always trying to protect you.
But when protective patterns become the default, they can keep you stuck in cycles of tension, anxiety, pain, and exhaustion—even when nothing in your life has changed.
This happens because the brain continuously predicts what is safe or threatening based on past experience and the sensory information it receives from the body and environment.
My work helps the brain update those patterns.
Using a Neurosomatic approach that combines Applied Neurology, sensory system work, Medical Hypnosis, and NSDR | Yoga Nidra, I work directly with the systems that shape how you perceive and respond to the world: vision, balance, proprioception, and internal sensation.
Together, these influence how the brain processes threat, regulates the nervous system, and updates patterns that drive chronic stress responses.
