Viviane Veraguth, Neurosomatic and Breathwork Practitioner supporting stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and nervous system regulation

One Breath. One Step. One Shift at a Time.

Some moments divide life into before and after.

When life changes in an instant, a diagnosis, a loss, a rupture, the body often carries what the mind can't yet process.

You didn't expect to be here. And yet, here you are.

What if anxiety, chronic stress, and persistent symptoms aren't life sentences, but signals that the brain and body have been under pressure for too long?

Whether you are moving through a major health diagnosis, cancer treatment, an autoimmune condition, chronic pain, a cardiac event, or any experience that has changed the course of your life, including grief, loss, divorce, or the quiet devastation of caregiving, you do not have to navigate it alone.

These moments often live in the body as pain, disrupted sleep, procedural anxiety, migraines, digestive issues, chronic tension, or other persistent patterns. For many people, these have been present for a long time.

This is where Integrative Medical Hypnosis begins. Hypnosis has a long history of research supporting pain modulation, anxiety reduction, and sleep, particularly for people navigating cancer treatment, chronic illness, surgery, and other significant life or health challenges. Neurosomatic support, NSDR + Yoga Nidra are woven in as complementary practices that deepen this work, helping the nervous system settle, the body process what words alone can't reach, and the brain update long-held patterns. Together, sessions are designed to help you process overwhelming experiences and find a sense of stability in the midst of uncertainty

The aim is greater ease, steadiness, and capacity. Not just symptom management, but lasting change.

A WHOLE-SYSTEM APPROACH.

My method.

When life delivers something the mind cannot fully absorb, a diagnosis, a loss, an experience that changes everything, the conscious mind often goes into overdrive. Analyzing. Rehearsing. Trying to think its way through something that thinking alone cannot reach. Meanwhile the body is carrying what the mind can't process, and somewhere beneath the surface, old patterns of fear and protection are quietly running the show.

This is not a failure of will or strength. It is the brain and body doing exactly what they were designed to do.

Your subconscious mind holds the deeper architecture of your experience — the emotions, memories, and beliefs that shape how you respond to the world, often without your awareness. When overwhelming experiences accumulate, the subconscious can become locked in patterns of protection that made sense once but no longer serve you. Fear that won't quiet. Anger that has nowhere to go. A future that is suddenly impossible to imagine.

Hypnosis works by gently allowing the conscious, analytical mind to soften, not disappear, but step back, so that the subconscious becomes more accessible. This is where deeper patterns can be reached, acknowledged, and updated. Not through force or analysis, but through allowing.

The work is designed to help you focus on what is within your influence while gently releasing what is not — fear, uncertainty, and long-held patterns that no longer serve you.

Hypnosis is at the center of this work, supported by neurosomatic practices, NSDR + Yoga Nidra, approaches that help the nervous system settle, the body process what words alone can't reach, and the brain update how it responds to the world.

This is where deeper change becomes possible.

I BELIEVE THAT CHANGE DOESN’T REQUIRE RELIVING THE PAST. IT REQUIRES REWIRING THE PRESENT.

Hi, I am Viviane.

After years of chronic migraines, insomnia, relentless anxiety, and burnout, I discovered how powerful it can be to work with the brain and nervous system rather than pushing harder.

MY SERVICES

The most direct path is through personalized one-on-one sessions, drawing on Integrative Medical Hypnotherapy, neurosomatic support, and NSDR + Yoga Nidra, tailored to where you are and what you most need.

Guided practices are available to support rest, nervous system restoration, and integration between sessions or as a gentle place to begin.

I also offer neuroscience-informed workshops and talks for organizations exploring stress, burnout, and nervous system capacity.

WORKSHOPS + TALKS //

Neuroscience-informed workshops and talks designed for organizations navigating stress, burnout, and sustainable performance.

Exploring the patterns that shape how we respond under pressure, these sessions offer practical insight into nervous system capacity, recovery, and well-being and why lasting change requires working with the brain and body rather than pushing through.
