The brain continuously predicts what is safe or threatening based on past experiences and the signals it receives from the body and environment. My work helps the brain and body update those patterns, so the protective responses that once made sense no longer have to run the show.
Using an integrative approach that combines hypnosis, neurosomatic practices, and NSDR | Yoga Nidra, I work with the subconscious mind, the nervous system, and the sensory systems that shape how you perceive, experience, and respond to the world.
Together, these influence how the brain processes experience, regulates stress, and updates long-held patterns.
