Yes. Everything I offer is trauma-informed, titrated, and designed to keep your system within its window of tolerance. You stay in full control. We use gentle, regulated practices that help your body release protective patterns without overwhelm. Many clients with trauma histories, chronic anxiety, or long-term pain find this work safer and more effective than the methods they’ve tried before. I also integrate Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Somatic Tracking to help your brain reinterpret signals of danger and shift out of pain patterns safely.

Yes! All sessions are held online via Zoom. My work is fully virtual, making it accessible from anywhere in the world. This allows you to experience the work in your own environment, where you can feel most at ease.

Sessions are typically held weekly. Consistency, especially in the beginning, is key to helping your brain and nervous system establish safety, trust, and new patterns of regulation.
The brain rewires through repetition and safety, not force. Meeting weekly supports that process and helps your system integrate the tools more effectively. As your capacity grows, we can shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions based on your needs and progress.

Rewiring the brain and regulating the nervous system is a nonlinear, highly individual process. Some clients notice relief and awareness right away, while deeper, lasting change unfolds gradually over time.
Progress depends on many factors, your history, current stress load, and how consistently you practice the tools we use together. Sustainable change takes repetition and safety, not force. That’s why I begin all clients with an initial three-month process to establish a strong foundation.
